What We Offer

The BetterBuilder(BB) Program is for those with five to ten years of construction experience. Typical roles a participant has been assigned are but, not limited to, field engineer, office engineer, project engineer, estimator,  assistant project manager. 

The program covers the overall contracting business as well as topics of personal development, operational roles, leadership, and role in development of process improvement and job performance.

The MasterBuilder (MB) Program builds on the skills covered in the BetterBuilder(BB) program while incorporation of decision making skills that impact the financial returns of one or more projects. Typical roles a participant has been assigned, include but are not limited to, senior project engineer, lead estimator, chief estimator, business development manager, assistant project manage, craft superintendent, job superintendent, or project manager. 

The MB  program looks into the risk and expected returns for a construction firm, as well as, the participants role in talent development, leadership, cost control, change management, process improvement at the project or company levels.

The ExecutiveBuilder(EB) Program is a custom development program with limited number of participates focused on company performance. EB participants join cohorts made up of participants with twenty (20) or more years in the construction business. Each EB cohort is customized for the accepted participants and the program is tailored to each cohorts weaknesses.

The EB program focus on leadership, profit and loss decision making, risk management and insurance, investing and cash management, talent recruitment and development, succession planning, and continuous improvement, and bidding and opportunity selection. 

The EB program requires is a twenty-four (24) month commitment and involves travel.

Superintendents Camp program is the first of its kind in North America. The program  participants attending this program will travel and stay in camps throughout North America. 

The program is 7 day fully intensive week long program combining formal classroom training with outdoor team building activities. Training topics include but are not limited to leadership, operational planning, mentoring, cost control, safety and quality management, job moral, and other skills required to be a best in class (BIC) construction superintendent. 

Participants will be up early and end the day early. Post classroom sessions will focus on team building, social events, and networking. Guest speakers and hands on field work is included in the program.
